    Never works. Looks like a 5 year old designed it. Total and complete dissatisfaction. UPDATE: My 2.4 network speed is fine and configured correctly. The problem is the app. It's over-the-top glitchy, exactly as many other users have indicated. I've tried calling and waited on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up.

    poor connection often and not compatible with every modem or Internet mesh system

    Have to constantly restart app because once you turn screen off and back on, get error message. Plus there is no widget.

    repeated issues wifi connection, despite support provided, app is clunky, hard to use small buttons on my fone

    terrible technology, doesn't have 5g workaround for everything

    this app is like from the early 2000s. pool companies need to enter 2024. rethink everything.

    app is very basic and doesn't work well with Androids, contacted support a couple times with no support at all
