Can not get app to come back online. I never lost internet at my home and somehow we are offlline. I have hit refresh,closed logged out and back in, and I have even followed the directions in the pamphlet. Very upset can't use my spa because my app doesn't work.

Difficult to pair. Wouldn't be an issue if didn't have to connect it every time I wanted to use it.
Rarely works properly and neither the instalation guys, nor the ones they sent to repair the system know anything about the software.
Super slow & buggy. The "web" or scheduling portion looks like Windows 95. I was a bit taken back by the lackluster development of this app. Ultimately, it's functional but thankfully, I don't have to use it often.

Frequently claims to lose connection when the caddy is still within great WiFi range. Doesn't generate notifications when the robot needs to be emptied or when cleaning has successfully completed. Could be much more useful.
Initial review: app is extremely basic, does not allow you to understand what the system is doing or what the feature/button really does. Doesn't allow for easy speed adjustments. Or any other functions. The web based app is not very user friendly. 01Feb23 - Seems like an app upgrade and Eero app upgrade fixed the problem. I would just like to be able to easily adjust pump speed. I want to run them faster (increase flow) when adding chemicals or cleaning and to determine best speed for waterfall
