Worked fine until new update. The Update downloads but won't install. Deleted app and tried to reinstall, but it won't install. Not able to use app because new update won't install.

App froze up after a year of use. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall but get a message that it cannot be installed. Went through the troubleshooting steps but still cannot reinstall on my android. Tried calling support for this app but cannot get anyone on the phone.

I have used this app for a year or so with no complaints. However, in the past month there have been a number of times when connectivity failed with no chamge to my router. I tried to update the app but it won't download to my Samsung phone. I deleted the app to reinstall and now can't get it to download at all. Has the app been changed?

Can't install update it downloads but wont install. The app works great other wise. Thought it might be a play store issue. I downloaded from APK mirror and it said wrong package. Can you please fix.

I have had numerous times where the app says no connection, even though my system is fine. I now have a problem with it not updating and was told to delete the app and reinstall it, but now it won't reinstall.
