Terrible app must uninstall are reload weekly, just stops working wish there was a better option
I have reinstalled app and reset password several times and sent a a support request with zero response. Web page works fine, unfortunate that the app will not connect and customer service has been non existent. I sent another support request in, will see if a response comes eventually and will try the support number again during business hours

So frustrating! It will just decide not to connect, usually when your wanting to get into the pool or hot tub. Also, lights on app don't line up with actual lighting that happens. So, if I pick green, it'll be pink, etc. Needs a lot of work.
The convenience is great when that app actually works. I can't set any schedules via my phone because the schedule screen is all jumbled up. I have to use my laptop anytime I need to make changes. Even using my laptop is dicing. The program is slow to respond is not very user friendly. I can't even find specific instructions to be able share access with my pool guy.

after maybe 50 tries I was able to set app up once. it runs but ever since the system says It is offline . even when running. doesn't work from multiple phones or pc. ive talked to support and did the bandwidth G and 2.4 Megahertz and still no go. I simply want to adjust pump speed and time. need ability to set it manually at box site. very frustrating

The interface to change colors on the light is terrible. Tap on. Double tap to change colors within 2 seconds or back white.
