    App only works 30% of the time. Vary poor reliability. Old version fully controlled the pool lights, now it's just on or off, no colour control.

    App used to work, now always shows "System Offline" when I try to access on the app. I can adjust settings through an internet browser on my laptop, but the app is broken.

    App is absolute rubbish. Continually crashes while using samsung.

    Bought this device Christmas Eve, what a waste of money, it is going back as soon as the store opens. The app does not work on my phone and never has. The control module has been replaced b6 the store, but atill the app does not work. So disappointed by this purchase.

    When using this app it states on the box that it can tell the temp of the water but this is a lie. When asked via email they said this was an upcoming feature and not in the curent version. Aswell as this when using this app on a samsung A20 it continually crashes when you view the robotic cleaner and when using another phone that dose work you just get a blank screen with a gray circle in the middle. This product it a lie and dosent do any of the 'key' features it says it dose. Zodiac EX6050iQ

    Robot is good. So is the chlorinator. The app is really awful. Poor performance. Keeps freezing. Needs to log out and log in again to work. Even when it works features are extremely limited. On some occasions, such as the Aux on Chlorinator you need to be an oracle to understand what a button does or doesn't do. Needs a lot of work to be worthy of the pool equipment.

    Have had nothing but trouble with this app - wifi connectivitivity is the main reason we selected such an expensive robotic cleaner! Had had to get a new router and it's all turned to custard, managed to reconnect but lost all functionalities. Tried contacting via email as in previous post before - took 6 weeks to get a response. Support from this company is few and far between, for both the cleaner and and the app. Biggest waste of money ever, don't waste your money on this brand, it's buggy

    Used to work fine, now it's anybody's guess as to whether this app will tall to the pool cleaner or not. None of my wi-fi set-up has changed and I use a state-of-the-art router, so there's no excuse. I do not recommend buying one if these pool cleaners until they fix the app. Otherwise the cleaner is effectively a paper weight. I can still operate the device from the stand but it is cumbersome and doesn't offer the same features as the app. Reinstalling/restarting the phone makes no difference.
