Constantly loses connection on a daily basis. Horrible app/product.

The app works great when it connects. Unfortunately it goes days without being able to connect. I'm forced to login with the web interface from my laptop to control the system. This is not a one time occurance, it happens every couple of weeks. There is obviously no problem on my end since the web app has no issues. Been like this for years.

Most problematic app invented. 9 out of 10 attempts this app won't work. It doesn't perform simple functions and consistently will not open. I have re-download this app numerous times and still not better. My wive has an apple phone and I use android, it fails on both phones..

Thought all issues were corrected with connection issues, I was mistaken. I've really had enough with this app. Operating pool manually. Don't waste your money and time on this expensive POS! UPDATE!! Still the most worthless app on the planet! Now is interferes with manual operations by locking up my wall panel. It's beyond me how this app has a 4 star rating when 6 months ago it was 2.

this update on my android s10 plus it caused it to not connect. Showing no connection. It's working on the Samsung s7 and my iPad. I reset wifi, Uninstalled and reinstalled yet only on the s10 plus it will not show a connection the red dot. What did you do to this app I loved? It was always reliable! Please fix!
Works occasionally for spending 1800 bucks on a pool cleaner.

Loaded the App on my phone and it worked great. I created a daily schedule for the pump operation... works well. However, when I try to open the app the next day, the app appears to try and open but then disappears. The icon is still resident on my home screen but it simply wont open (Android platform on a BB). I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get access to my pump... Frustrating to say the least.

Changing 4 stars to 1 for now because the app no longer works properly and while I can see my system with a green circle and view its status, any attempts to control anything result in a "connection error - connection lost" message and nothing happening. Perhaps a recent app update broke it, but it has never happened before in my years of owning the system.
