New problems. Ever since the update, the app is highly unstable now. It hardly ever connects. Out of ten times, it may connect once. According to my pool builder, he's hearing the same problem from all his clients. This update is bad.
Pump works very well but the app is incredibly frustrating. I have to reboot my phone multiple time before I get a chance to connect to the pump. Spent more than a 1000 dollars on this pump. Please figure out the connectivity issue or give users the device to manually operate the pump
Worked well for a short time but now can't get it to connect...keeps telling me there's no network connection. I've uninstalled it, turned wifi on and off, rebooted my phone and called customer service but still won't connect...extremely frustrating horrible app.
Have to shut app on and off and wifi on and off several times to get app to open with link. It keeps changing the time on its own for no apparent reason. It is ok when it works, but it never works without 15 minutes of toggling wifi on and off. Today it decided that it will not connect to the aquapure. Also, why do i suddenly need google play store to be enabled to use this app? Why does it require permission to take pictures? Frustrated and creeped out.

rarely works disconnects multiple times a week for no reason even though every other wifi enabled device in the house has no problem

This is the worst most unreliable app I have on my phone. Won't work, my pool guy hasn't responded for 5 days, and I have no way of controlling my pool electronics except to go the the box every time I want to adjust something. I wish I had my home wall mount back!!!
Very outdated, I attempted to update, but it will not work. It also only cycles through 4 colors and gets stuck on white and blue. I have not been able to access red. Will there be an update where the consumer can select the color without having to turn the lights on and off?
When I try to open the app, it tells me to get the update. I go to the play store, and there is no update. App will not let me in until I get the update, which is nonexistent. Help! This happens with Android only.
