This APP system is terrible! I can't connect with my phone or my husband's phone. We had issues with the first system/box and got a new one with warranty after only 3 months. The new box is installed and our phones cannot recognize the wireless router for pump therefore we cannot get on the pump App. Faulty and frustrating expensive mistake!
Since the July 14th update my polaris vacuum no longer reacts without a full uninstall and reinstall of app.
Can't even connect to wifi after 30+ minutes...faulty? Or the app?...

After only one week I can't control the robot any more (it doesn't respond). Or the app crashes all the time and I can't actually do anything with the robot. I sent through service requests and no answer so I'm on my own. Most beginners can write a more reliable app. For this money I expect better.

Did hand over Fri, trying to get this WI-FI working is a nightmare, what a waste of money. The actual equipment is good, but the WI-FI is basically useless. Pool builder is going to get someone from Zodiac to contact/come out. Very frustrating, definitely not user friendly, over complicated 🤬.
