    Does not work with WiFi We have 2 WiFi networks, one is hidden and the other has no password. The app does not let you manually enter the SSID for the hidden network, and will not connect to our normal network which doesn't have a password. It prompts for a password and refuses if not given one We can't use the app, and I feel this is unacceptable considering how much we paid for the pool cleaner

    it would be amazing if they updated this to work with pentair magic bowls sit we can use all of the features we paid for!! 🙏🙏

    Need Help! I downloaded the app and tried to create an account. But the app indicated that I already had an account associated with the email address I used to create the account. But I had never downloaded the app or created an account. I submitted a request to reset my password hours ago. Still no password reset email. Very disappointing.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY PHONE. Constant connectivity issues. Very slow to update pool settings. And very disappointed with the color settings for the LED lights - very limited color selection (no red even though there is a red bulb). UPDATE: Another issue - the salt reading from the chlorinator does not work. It reads 3000 ppm no matter how much salt we add. I have tried calling customer service and have not gotten through to a representative.
