    The iAquaLink App has a firmware update message but no connecting download link. I cannot communicate with my VRX IQ+ via this app because this update message blocks that. It has been useless for 6 months now. My VRX is a great pool cleaner, but the customer support system suddenly disappeared right after I bought and registered my product.

    Could be way better, with a better interface. Also the names of different pieces of equipment could be more clear if you ask me.

    its so hard to program and controll all the features seem as though they are hiden

    This app does not connect with wifi or Bluetooth. This disappointing considering what we paid for this unit and this day and age should not be an issue. We own the 9650iq sport. You can't even send a complaint through the apps support, keep saying the info not sent. Pretty shady from my point of view. So how do I actually get someone to help me with this no functional app?

    unreliable. works "most" of the time which is not good enough. doesn't have an an option for red.

    App not connecting to robot. Needs patch ASAP!!! Response to reply: So the representative said that the app dev team is working on a patch for the App because an update to Android OS does not allow your app to connect to a robot. She suggested that I borrow an apple phone, find a phone running an older version of android and ask to borrow that or wait for the patch that was being worked on as we spoke. I paid $1700 dollars for a robot I can only manually control and not schedule?

    It seems to work OK most of the time my issue is the web base programming. When going to your schedule menu you can't read it. All the times stack on each other... would send screen shot but won't let me.... I've updated and reinstalled app... did not help

    Update as of 3/30/21. I have had problems with the app, despite uninstalling 2 X. I have multiple times when the pool comes on - none of them scheduled. Difficult to get help with this. Even the installer from 2016 doesn't have an answer. Trying to get through to Iacqua is not easy, they referred me to another installer...??? 2016 Greatsysyem, very effective and works from anywhere. It's way better than the system of switches in the house.

    Can't connect and haven't for months. Something is very wrong with this app especially for the money invested. Is there another app ?
