This app is terrible. Everything is through a confusing web interface that feels like something made in the early 1980s on an apple 2e. The main app barely does or shows anything. It always reports 3000ppm salt no matter what it actually is. For the amount you pay for the phone automation I expect better than this.

3-21Control box didn't fix your app.We are getting our home ready to sell.Can't keep the pump running to clean the pool. TERRIBLE app/error on email to cust Ser FINALLY, after Months of trying to get help, installation company can and replaced "Defective " control box!!!! TERRIBLE app! Got the New pump. I think if I could get it to STAY connected, it might be good. Can't get pump to attach to the wifi and stay. Have to keep going out and turning on pump from Control box for it to run. Not good!

I cant get my heat pump to work. The heating unit says being control my aqualink but aqualink on my phone says heat pump is on but the water does not get hot

App/iaqualink interface is horrible. 10/10 times I cannot access my connected pool device and am forced to physically press the iaqualink transmitter button manually to engage the system. Needs to be updated to allow multiple family members to access wireless controls from separate devices simultaneously.

The app constantly files to connect, says that my system is offline however when I go to the zodiac login on my browser I am able to connect. In addition I've had to reprogram the schedule about five times in the last 12 months because it has a mind of its own and deletes the schedule which means my pool's running 24 hours. I can deal with the 90s interface as long as the app worked, but it just is not reliable. I'm in the same boat with everybody thousands spent for smart system that isn't.
