What a terribly inconsistent app. Massive inconvenience when away from home and unable to access a system that's unable to be turned off b/c the app won't work properly.

The app just stopped working, no matter how many times I hit refresh. I have logged out, many times and even made a new account. It wont connect to the internet,no matter how many times I try.

This app is absolutely worthless. The "web" screen is so tiny that it's nearly impossible to use. But that's a moot point because EVERY TIME I try to change any schedule settings, the web screen hangs and says it's waiting for connection. The old PDA was better than this app, and that technology is 15+ years old. Zodiac, if you read your reviews, please fix the many problems with your app. A rating of 2.4 is shameful. Eliminate the "web" and write an app that actually works.

So frustrating. Keep a saying "internet may not be available " despite strong connection. Tried clearing cache on my phone, re booting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing works.
