Terrible experience. Sporadic connectivity at the worst times. Not reliable. Waste of money
Thought all issues were corrected with connection issues, I was mistaken. I've really had enough with this app. Operating pool manually. Don't waste your money and time on this expensive POS!

Why can't I choose custom light colors when I have led lights?? Also I can't change the colors at all anymore. App only turns them on and off. No color options. Wasn't like that a few months ago
At the start it worked but now I can't use it at all on my chlorinator and pool cleaner very disappointed

APP will not connect via Bluetooth between phone and Alpha+ Pool Cleaner. Running App on Samsung S21+ phone. Both App and phone are updated to latest versions. It work for about a month then dropped wifi connection to home and will not reconnect thus need to setup again using phone and Bluetooth. MOST FRASTRATING PART IS THAT I HAVE CONTACTED COMPANY THREE TIMES AND NO REPLY. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH!!! CAN YOU FIX THE APP OR CONTACT ME FOR A REFUND!
Does not work with WiFi We have 2 WiFi networks, one is hidden and the other has no password. The app does not let you manually enter the SSID for the hidden network, and will not connect to our normal network which doesn't have a password. It prompts for a password and refuses if not given one We can't use the app, and I feel this is unacceptable considering how much we paid for the pool cleaner They say it's for security reasons which makes 0 sense. A hidden network with a pass is very secure

Could access the other data my chlorinator shows and quite often becomes offline even though it's connected via ethernet. My pool builder installed but I would have certainly shopped about more knowing better.. Edit.. Trying to connect to the web to change schedule times rarely if ever connects. Useless!

Critical bug that renders unit useless if you are away from home: in rs link in web, add anything to your schedule but do not set the time, let your phone lock, come back to the app, you will see 'trying to connect' and a pop up that asks you to make changes before exiting this screen. At this point, you are completely locked out of web but can access extremely limited app area, no matter how many times you attempt to reconnect and hit the "ok" popup button. Resolution is simple and needed!
