Clunky, odd and confusing interface with frequent connection issues. Very difficult to use and program. I've had VCRs easier to set than this app! Nothing about it is straightforward and for the price I paid for the compatible equipment they should be ashamed of themselves. Developers have improved nothing in at least a year and I'm not expecting them to improve anything now - even with a 2.4 average rating! Tighten up. Your app sucks.

Was fine for about a week, then disconnected for no reason. On a desktop it says everything is online and working, so it's truly just this app (or the system that connects to the app) that is a problem. Needing to contact customer support every couple of weeks is a terrible business plan.

This app 💀 has been disconnecting from my phone and it doesn't give me a reason or cause it takes a miracle to reconnect and when it does it only works for a little while.

This system and the mobile app is useless. Every time I use the Webb interface in the mobile app to change the schedule, it freezes up. You either have to call their customer service or reset your breaker to get it to unfreeze. I'm actively searching for a replacement system which I'm sure will cost me an arm and leg.

On an Android you can't change the colour of the lights, so they continually scroll through once you figure out how to get them on. Spent so much money on this system and it's just frustrating and no-one has answered my emails

This app is horrible! If I could of gotten parts for my hand held PDA console, I would have. I can never get to the Web page. It says it is trying to connect, but never does giving me either an "undefined" error or telling me I need to save changes before exiting. How can I save anything when the darn thing won't even open. Plus when I go to support, it doesn't even allow me to type anything to send. Horrible waste of money.

Trash. After having to pay $500 on top of my pool installation for the pathetic wifi transmitter the system is frequently down. Every time I go to do something I expect to get a red dot "system down" status. I have a mesh wifi system in my house and work in I.T., it's not on my end.
