This has got to be one of the most inconvenient apps I have ever used and after paying ~$850 for the board it is really disappointing. I can work everything off my computer but, as soon as I launch the app on my phone it hangs. If I add the board\device it is fine but, who wants to do this every day? You all should be shared for this.

Unreliable, clunky and annoying. If you can find (or recommend) a better pool management app then get it (and tell me about it). The install is hard, connectivity is terrible, and the overall app itself is sad. I find I have to relaunch it constantly just to work. It is also incredibly basic- basically a bunch of on/off toggles and nothing else. A pool management app could do so much more. I'm sure it's a matter of time before some clever startup eats their lunch and gives us a Nest like app.

App shows device offline and does not allow access, but can connect via PC on the Aqualink website and works. All lights on device show connected and online. Sat on phone for tech support for 30 mins, only to be told experts are in a meeting! Useless app and support.

Not a good User Interface or Experience. I often have time accessing the app and when using the web portion it freezes when trying to change settings. They need a lot of improvement on the UI and UX side of things. If it worked properly it would be a great product, it's just not up to par for an app or even a web app.

As a property manager for over a year this system is a headache. The system crashes or disconnects every 2-3weeks and then i have to spend a minimum of 2hours trying to reconnect and sync everything back up to working order on site, usually while guests are staying at a vacation rental. The system is down again, except now that i spent 3 hours working on it yesterday, it won't heat the spa up to desired heat and the app doesn't work at all. If i could leave 0 or negative stars, i would.
