Won't allow me to download on Galaxy S20. Is the app compatible with this new phone?
I have the outside air temp sensor connected but when I compare the actual temp with what the app / software shows; it is 8 - 10 degrees off. When the freeze protection is enabled and kicks the pump on, it isn't the actual temperature outside and wastes electricity. You need to be able to calibrate the outside temperature to any difference in the actual outside temp and what the app/software says it is....PLEASE FIX THIS!!

Complete trash. The least stable app I've ever used. After spending a small fortune on a pool and hot tub, you'd think you would have the ability to reliably adjust your settings. Nope. Fails to perform the simplest off/on functions. Want to warm up your hot tub? In my experience, you have 1 chance out of 3 that it will actually work... App is frozen. Log out. Log in. Loading. Loading. Restart app. Loading. Freeze. Restart app. Turn on hot tub. Wait 30 minutes. Water still icy... Start over.....

The latest update to the app broke my connection. I troubleshot my entire network configuration and ran a specific cat 5 line from my router to the iAqualink adapter. Still couldn't get a login to take. So I reconnected my 802.11 n mini router in client mode and went to the company's webpage and logged in and saw my iAqualink was online and I could access it. So to troubleshoot even further I bought up the same page on my Samsung phone that I had on my PC and logged in and could access my iAqualink pool adapter at that time ... read more

2020 November update broke the app and all support responses are "we are waiting on an update from our developer" disappointing to say the least.

Usually works fine . . . Until it disconnects itself right before every holiday! I can't access my equipment at all today. It's a holiday in Texas and I would like to use my pool. I have reset my password twice. I have contacted support. Nothing. I am going to have to call a pool service to come out and troubleshoot.

This will not stay connected and gives me error messages trying to login. Seriously, fix the problems as clearly this is not the only complaint or bad review... I uninstalled the app and am now trying to download it again but it won't even do that... unbelievably unreliable.
