This app shocking. I can't pair my bluetooth to this for my new robotic pool cleaner. The waiting time call centre is shocking. I had wait least hour to answer too by the customer support member.

Awful to use. Cannot run smoothly. We have had a few tech people to sort issue and none can. They have spoken to zodiac and issue always remains unsolved. Now we can't even connect to link and it is 10 metre from wifi relay.

12/19/20 update:. Dropped a star. App won't open again. Says problem establishing a connection, please refresh and try again. Message support via app not working. Tried refresh,.restart, logout, cache clear, waiting, nothing works. Frustrating, just want to use hottub and can't. "Talent is important but dependability is critical." Great, when it's great. Frustrating when it's not. I wish it would be consistently solid for a long period of time. Currently can't connect after update.

Update: issue resolved. Thanks to the developer for responding and explaining the issue (AWS outage, not an app issue). Updated rating. Original: App no longer works. All of a sudden will not log us in, on both an iPhone and an Android. Have to log into the website to control my pool now and I hate it

I have for 3 years and only work the first month. Try calling customer service and can never a straight answer. It's ridiculous paying all this money for a useless device. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Dropped connectivity/Difficult to reconnect I read other's comments, and yet Zodiac has yet to address the issues with it's iAqualink app. Not sure what the purpose of asking customers to call the Customer Service number will help. Fix the app already.
