Convenient
After contacting support they got my app working again. However, I think that there's still issues regarding how the application stores or retrieves data from cache based on the fix that the support team had to do.
For the most part, App works as expected, but usability could be improved. Computer cycling through all light options when new color selection is made is annoying. I have a $50 string of LED patio lights that allow instant selection of any color.
App crashed. And now we can't even sign up or sign in to our account. Imagine spending a good amount of money on an iot device and not being able to use it because said company doesn't know how to manage their users account. Incredible Edit. I am still not pleased that it is down. But the cause seems to be from aws so I upped to 3 stars. Since the device itself is incredibly efficient
Dated UX
App is quite easy to use. Only question: I had new LED lights installed and I don't have an option in the app to pick which color lights I want on. I have friends with the app and they have an option of picking the color. How do I fix this?
