This has been a wonderful unit and I highly recommend ... I had one update that I to re-login and I wasn't happy because of a complicated login, but better safe than sorry

Worked for a year on my ATT Arris wifi (but with lots of droppage). Got a new mesh router to fix the problem, but it wouldnt initially connect to the Eero mesh router. Customer service reached out based on this review and suggested using the guest feature on Eero. Now it works again and doesn't drop signal! Wish you had so the same features on the App as online or without going to the web. Kudos to the customer service team for helping me.

I enjoy the layout of the new update. However, adjusting the temperature is difficult and not precise. Trying to slide the temperature bar to get it to an exact temperature is almost impossible. The addition of a + or - button to adjust the temperature in 1 degree increments would be helpful and keep me from having to go to the web based control panel for an adjustment. Also, are there plans for Alexa integration? UPDATE: Thank you for adding the requested + and - button.

Always disconnects from Wi-Fi. Runs OK about 25% of the time. They got me a new box to try but no luck. Update, still had issues so asked if they had a manual version. They sent it and it works perfectly. Great customer service. Gary

Update 12/10/2019... apparently my logic board had an issue and reset the light selection back to basic light vs the jandy watercolor leds. I reconfigured and the light selection palette is now visible again. Latest version has lost the ability to select view the Jandy Watercolors light palette. There is no longer an option to select the specific color and have the board cycle automatically. Now have to toggle the apps light toggle to cycle through the lights.

Hey guys I can do anything with it totally awesome does not even required to have an indoor control and with the new update I am able to control multiple pools on my route which is very helpful during times of freeze or extreme weather When somebody is out of town and wants to check their pool they can check it by going to the web part of the app tap status and see real time results very cool (916)202-POOL I highly recommend this app tech support will never Let You Down!

Revised again 12.05.2019: Zodiac updated the app to ver 5.0.3, which seems to have corrected/eliminated the glitches in the previous release. Special shout-out to Andrew at Zodiac for terrific, professional customer service - thanks a lot, y'all! Revised 12.03.2019: since the latest update (early Dec), the app is a mess. Constantly drops connection, crashes, and is slow/balky. What did you do?!? (original) It's a terrific app & system, very comprehensive yet intuitive and easy. Love it!

The temperature slider was a bad idea to begin with, but I can't figure out why on Earth they would set the range from 34°F to 104°F? The old interface with the +/- buttons was a MUCH better UX.
