Took them almost 12 hrs to approve my loan when it was my 2nd loan and I was promised that when I reloaned I would receive the decision within minutes!! Was not happy!

I used to love the app as the automatic payments would take payments during payroll weeks. However, after 45 successful contracts, my current one charged a week early. I was very upset and disappointed now with the turnout. If this is how it's going to be, we will not be using services anymore.

Icash used to be my go to loan every month. I always pay my loan with them off and have no problem taking out another loan. Well it seems they changed their policy. I now have to make a minimum $800 every month to be approved a loan. That's not fair, you didn't need that before! I only get $683 after deductions and rent from ODSP ane you guys never had a problem with it as long as I paid off my loans which I do! Feel like your screwing low income people over!
