In the past they've been really great about being fast and efficient but lately is a different story. I don't know if it's the app or the people but the last two times I applied I waited hours and hours. Last time I just told them to forget it and might do the same for the one I'm currently waiting on. Don't advertise yourself as fast and easy when you're not. I don't understand why customers in good standing with a confirmed income aren't just fast-tracked.

Needed a loan to get to my next paycheck due to missing work because of an illness. Denied because I missed that week because of sickness. Food bank for the family this week I guess.

Not a good loan institution. I spent 2 days trying to log in to my bank with no luck, called to try to figure it out, in the end sent a email to get some troubleshooting help when they said they couldn't fix it. Very horrible customer service.

Worst app I have used . It's has so many errors . It's old programming. The way everything is done threw this app is security flawed . It's out dated and shouldn't be used in 2024

Filled out a loan application on monday. Thursday nothing so i email them, get an email the next day saying they need ID with a current address but no one emailed me to tell me that until I messaged asking whats taking so long. I send in a picture of my government ID with my current address on it then get told that isnt good enough & i need to send in something else with my address on it. I do that only to get told i need to reapply because my application from Monday expired!

Too slow to respond to emails. Too slow to approve loan 😕. One mistake on my part with the e-transfer and now I'm told 24-48 hrs!!!!! Icash doesn't live up to their advertising. Very disappointed. Need the money today!!!! All they need to do is call my bank but nooooo. Send an updated e-transfer before noon today. Stressed out!!!!! False advertising, plus one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Today I cash!!! It's not rocket science.

lol they don't give you loan but collecting data on your earnings. kept asking for more n more details like they are giving me 15000 not 1500. Absolutely ridiculous app and utter waste of time.
