The tv in our room didnt work when we got there. The room didnt get cleaned while we were there even thought they were down the hall when we left our room for a few hours.

Signage in Main corridors from Parking Garage was not sufficient. Signage showed how to get to Casino, It did not offer a clue as how to get the either the North or South tower. Call to reception desk to get clarification took a long time to answer and then was immediately put on hold.

Everything was good except the location of the room or should I say the dumpsters. It seemed the was a constant stream of garbage carts going to the dumpsters. Lucky, we're weren't in the room that much. I don't know what needs to be do to quite noise. Room 101 is the one you don't want.

Very smoky casino I would never stay here again .. the casino is 95% smoking . You can smell it when you walk in to the lobby . They have a little section with really old machines for non smokers . No bar in there and no cashier . Horrible ! My eyes were burning after 1 minute in there !!! It should be the other way around ! How awful to put people’s health in danger by not simply having a smoking room for the smokers and leave the casino as non smoking .
