Asked for 2sets of towels because we were not told we had to let them know we wanted our room cleaned up. We did not get any wash clothes with our towels we got 2 Beth mats instead!

Hotel staff was great and very friendly, breakfast at one of their restaurants was the opposite, long wait to get an order for drinks and didnt get the right drinks, good was subpar and service was terrible.

My wife and I were disappointed. Somehow I booked a smoking room. Staff said they would clean it so there would be no smell. Waited the hour they said it would take. No difference. Not sure if they even did it. Saturday night the bathroom sink only has hot water coming from both faucets. Sunday morning the shower drain didn’t work well and stood in 2 inches of water while showering. The whole place seemed dirty. Hotel stated they had a bar. Ok stay The hotel staff were overwhelmed by a busy weekend, and I had to call multiple times to reach the front desk. Frustratingly, the wifi was not working for our room and the staff told me that no tech support people were available during the weekend. Otherwise the room was clean and had all the advertised amenities.

The rooms were a little run down (some upgrades) but still felt clean. The parking garage on the other hand was filthy. Cups- cigarette butts- zero directional signs.

Hot tub was out of service, upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi but it was only a big tub no jets. Disappointed!

We checked in, went to our room and noticed the bathroom still had trash in the trash can and the box soap was open and used. The air conditioning was extremely loud and a loud whining sound accompanied it every time it turned out. The bed was extremely firm and I got very little sleep.

didn't get what i paid for i was not given the type of room that i booked. since i booked through hotels.com and not directly with the hotel they would not switch me to the type of room i paid for.
