At first, Expedia booked my name wrong. Used my first name as my last name, and my last name as first. When I came in to check in, they couldn't find my information. An experienced staff came to help guess that they may have switched my name around, which was the case and was able to check me and my party in. Very helpful staff. Clean place. Wished I could stay longer, but then we are on a tight schedule, can't spend too much time at the casino hotel.

The hotel guestbook listed a check out time of 11:00 pm, I had checked whether 11 or 12, and which I thought was odd and so I contacted the hotel social media, and they said that it was in fact correct as 11:00 pm at 1:26 am. They said that if I needed more time, to contact the desk, and I said that that wasn't necessary. So, at 9:30 am, I told the girls (we booked two rooms, my husband and I in one and my niece/live in sitter and daughter in the other) that they were good to go swim, no rush. Great room! Large, comfortable and plenty of amenities. Only complaint would be 2 of the towels had dirt or some kind of stain on them and the entrance door to the room is so heavy that they get slammed ALL of the time.
A late, but great first experience! We booked the hotel when we were going to be in Waterloo for a wedding. We had hopes of getting there early in the evening and getting a chance to make use of some of the lovely amenities, but that didn't work out. We arrived at midnight, but found everything to be clean and check in was busy. We had worried about the smell of smoke, but we're very pleased to find no issues there.
