My husband had arranged this stay for me and my girlfriend for my birthday on Expedia. When we went to check in they would not let us have the room. Said we could rent another room from them. But the room had been prepaid. My husband had to drive 35 minutes to be the one to get the room. I had the confirmation number, phone number and the itinerary but that wasn’t good enough. Rest of stay was okay.

We had a very nice stay. The only issue we had was the television did not have a clear picture and was very difficult to watch.

Terrible manager! Everything about the hotel/casino was great except the manager of the hotel. The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent! We stayed for three weeks, but will find a new hotel after having multiple issues with the manager not taking care of things and being extremely rude! Terrible customer service from the manager and when the other staff was informed of the issues they were immediately taken care of.
