Loved staying here The staff was very friendly. Check in was very fast and the gentleman checking us in told us about the benefits of getting a players card. He was very knowledgeable. The Buffet was fantastic! Possibly the best buffet I have had. The drinks were a little expensive but I'm not going to complain. They were served by friendly staff. A Jewel in the Middle of Iowa!!! Really nice hotel with all the amenities on site. Bar, Buffet, Sports Bar & Casino. Great room rates during the week!!!

Nice stay in Waterloo Great room, super service. Casino is first rate and all restaurants on site feature good food at a reasonable price. Check out the pool area.

Pretty good The rooms aren't very noise resistant. Anytime another room was entered/exited the noise from it would wake me up. So the insulation between rooms and from the door to the hallway wasn't good. But the room was clean, the pool area was clean and there are multiple dining options. The lobby stunk like cigarette smoke but it didn't carry up to the rooms.
