Check-in was not good. Key wouldn’t work on room so had to get a new one. When got new key, someone was already in our assigned room! Had to go back to check-in desk and get another room/key. Also, waiter in restaurant was not pleasant at all. I didn’t leave him a tip and I never do this!!! Good was expensive and not good!
Went to enjoy pool and whirlpool. Whirlpool wasn't functioning and pool water was unbelievably cold. Unable to access either. Disappointing!!!!!!!!!
Ground plug was broken off in outlet, ear ring left on floor near bedside, sheets had black residue from the dryer, wrappers left on table next to the window, lqmp shade was covered in god knows what. Half of the jets for the jacuzzi tub didnt work properly. Fully dissatisfied with my stay for the amount i had to pay.

Got bit by bed bugs. Hotel manager Alicia G. Said she would refund me once Expedia contacted her. It did not happen. This place is a pit. Please, please, don't waste your money. If you want to gamble do so them Uber to a hotel.
i had a terrible experience the bed was hard and uncomfortable. the employee at the front desk when I checked in was very hard to understand due to her accent. I'm sure she can't help it but how many other guests have a hard time to understand what she says.

Accosted by staff for looking “tired” Generally lackluster service. Shower hadn’t been cleaned.
