We asked them to clean room & they said they said they would try but they were short staffed. We stayed 4 nights & they cleaned ZERO times.

I was extremely disappointed about the options for eating sunday night. Pizza place sign says closed with the hours Thursday thru Sunday 5 to 9, but it was closed. Come to find out, they are only open friday and Saturday. 2nd issue, no breakfast options monday morning? Everything closed, including snack bar! Love the rooms and large bathrooms and really love the big shower room!

This stay was a disaster. Started with checking in and the staff member had absolutely no customer service tact and absolutely no knowledge of the property. She didn’t know what EV charging was let alone if there was any in the property. We weren’t made aware that our room wouldn’t be cleaned and receive clean towels and plastic cups after first night stay. The shower had zero water pressure, low amenities for price, the best feature was the hotel pool and hot tub

The hotel is being remodeled. Our room is missing furniture. And is cold. We turned the geat up to 73, but the room still feels cold and damp
