Although advertising a hot tub, it wasn't in service, which is the main reason we went there. Extremely disappointing.
Room was dirty, towels were crunchy and we were left with only a shampoo for the room.
No breakfast included
Big red stains on the floor, employees at front desk left for lunch as soon as we needed help. USB ports on all of the equipment did not work. The isle use to be a great hotel to stay but seems to gone downhill in the last couple of years.
DO not go there for work as the WIFI is terrible and they don not care.

the staff was nice. Not enough handicapped parking. The room was gross and not super clean and crips how I like it. it was old and needs updated. I will never stay there again and I go to the area al lot for business.
