Excelent Customer Service iTrust was proactive in calling me when they noticed an issue with my account. In an era where customers service is usually lacking, I was completely impressed. Not only did they notify me of a duplicate transaction, they quickly fixed it and solved another issue I was having opening a second account. I am glad I had this interaction with them. It makes me fell very secure using this service knowing I can get someone like that on the line so easily, should I ever have an issue in the future.
