Best customer service ever!!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been working with Alex first on getting my Traditional Roth funds transferred from another custodian. The other custodian was making it a nightmare. Alex hung in there with me and even conferenced in on a call to facilitate getting it done. Alex, then helped facilitate the Roth IRA conversion so it was seamless. He worked internally with his funding colleague Fuji to make sure it could be completed without a hitch.
