I was there last night having a girls night with one of my girlfriends. The service was horrible. Our sever was not attentive at all and barely came and checked on us. It took a half an hour for drinks to be brought to our table and another 20 minutes for her to come and take our order. Waited over 20 minutes for my reservation and they weren’t able to accommodate my upstairs/patio which I reserved. Not the first time this has happened. Can clearly see tables available - was not busy at 5pm. Ended up leaving
Despite having booked a reservation, we were seated at a high table by the bar where the music was played extremely loud. I arrived after my friend who had already ordered a bottle of water. After looking around and seeing a number of available tables on the bar side and other tables on the other side, I asked a hostess who was passing by if we could move to an open table given that I had booked a reservation to avoid sitting at a high table. As someone who has worked in restaurants before, this visit was extremely disappointing. To start, the service was terrible. Our server made it seem like she didn’t want to be there. First issue was after we had our apps, rather than offering fresh cutlery she was like you want to put them on the table, until your mains come out. We should have either been given fresh cutlery or asked if we wanted fresh cutlery. Then when the mains came out, the steak was cold. I let her know and she sent it back. Service was very slow and there were a ton of fruit flies around us and our food which unfortunately really ruined our experience and meal.
We had a girls night, there were 3 of us at the table. We had to go get our server or a near by server each time we needed assistance for example our food came but we had no cutlery. We had to get up to go ask for it. When the food came it was cold, meaning it was prepped and waiting. it just seems like we were forgotten about. We had 2 people come to collect payment, and 2 people came to ask if we wanted desert, we had to call someone for us to place our desert orders. Horrible experience at this one.
2 hour max per table and they take it seriously. Kicked out despite wanting to order dessert and coffee.
This location lacks in service quality. I had to ask for complementary champagne. Other locations will always ask you. Our waitress had an "you're doing me a favor" attitude.
Food and server and prices all good. Unfortunately, the table was way too small for six adults. My reservation was made a week in advance for six adults. I asked for a bigger table and was told the table we had was for six people. We were very cramped, and our faces were within inches of each other. Very uncomfortable and not enough social distance. We were literally in each others faces.
