We had a terrific happy hour early dinner. Food was very good and the service was terrific. Will definitely return!

Our server was delightful and the service was very good. My guest was perhaps problematic due to serious dietary restrictions. I'm pleased to say that Joey stepped up to the plate and accommodated a difficult situation. The food was very good, as usual. Ours was a business casual lunch, and the restaurant is ideal for an occasion like that. We visited for a night out with friends and had mixed feelings about our experience. The food and drinks were both very good — definitely the highlight of the evening. However, the service was extremely disappointing. While we understood it was a busy night, it became pretty clear that our table was being avoided by our server throughout the evening. Everything was just fine, however the amount of times the servers tried to take our plates which still had plenty of food on them, because we were still ridiculous. We had more than half of the appetizer still on the plate yet they were fine to take it away. I had to tell them on three different occasions to leave the food alone we were still eating. I'm sure they would have been happy to charge us for the full meal even though they would have taken half of it away.

We got seated and a server did not come to our table till almost an hour later and only because I had to call one over. We were barely checked in on, the food was not that good and we were placed in the dining room and then later told that happy hour was only in the lounge area. Why a restaurant is split into sections like that makes no sense and if it’s gonna be like that maybe inform people of that before you seat them. Service was excellent, food was ok, the chicken parm was extremely Spicey and did not indicate that on the menu. The music was very loud, hard to a conversation with your table. Manager checked on us which was nice. Probably won’t return.
We waited for more than half an hour past our reservation time. During check-in, I specifically requested a booth table instead of high chairs. The staff told us that if we were willing to wait a bit longer, they would find a booth for us. However, I noticed that several booth tables were empty. When we were finally guided to our table, they offered us high chairs again. Small portions, confused wait staff, it’s gone sleekly down hill.
Food wasn’t as I remember it. Server took too long to get to our table and then it took too long to order due to their iPad. Used to come regularly but honestly the prices and service and food not worth the price. Happier to go to an establishment that is not a chain.
