I wrote that I have a fractured ankle and requested a table close to the entrance. The host sat us further away, making me go up a few stairs even though there was an empty table right next to the door. And yeah, the table was the same size as the one she sat us on. So we just left at that point especially since the server took forever to come by.
The service was excellent but my biggest complaint is the quality of food for the money, minus the dessert as it was pretty good. Such a shame as the evening could have been perfect! Never again.
Ordered kids pasta for 2 kids.... instead, 2 full size orders came out. We asked the waitress, and she confirmed it was full size; we also mentioned this is NOT what we asked for. Not only did we pay for adult meals, the kids didn't eat it all, making it a waste. (Hence reason for kids size). Ordered a bottle of wine.... but they brought out "tap" wine? From entrée to Coffee service was slow. We had to chase down a server just to pay the bill.
The service was terrible. They overbook and use the colder upstairs area to accommodate extra reservations. The food also wasn’t as good as at the other location. He didn’t even give me a sugar or spoon for my expresso.
Didn’t follow instructions to decorate dessert for my fiancée birthday. Even though this was noted on appointment booking.

Guacamole corn dip had 10 chips on the plate. Absolutely ridiculous. Drinks were all ice with 2oz of liquid max! A few tiny sips and the "drink" was done. Brilliant tactic to give less to customers.
I recently visited Joeys with a friend in from out of town, hoping for a relaxed evening to catch up, but the service was disappointing. Our waitress, Maddy, did the bare minimum, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. She didn’t check in on our food, offer drink refills, or engage with us at all.
