I will never buy from here again. Their warranty and service department are useless. We purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty that covers tire replacement. We got a flat tire a week after we had the vehicle serviced. When it was serviced, the technician documented the tires were in good condition. We took it back to have the tire replaced. And the tread was too worn down per the warranty, even though it was documented the tires were in good shape. They admitted they were wrong but still refused to replace the ti... read more

My uncle bought a 2013 ford limited, he had the truck for 17 days. they’re telling him the timing chain was bad. He took it back to these people to have it fixed because it came off the lot with the problem. They’ve had it for over a week and are now trying to charge him over 4k to fix a problem they sold it to him with. Do not buy from this dealer, don’t even buy from ford in general, they’re a joke.

The truck that was purchased was one of our "as is" to the public vehicles with 115,000 + miles on it and we gave the buyer the opportunity to drive it and look it over before he signed the "as is" purchase paperwork. We also strongly recommended that he purchase a vehicle service contract because of the age and mileage of the vehicle, which he decided not to do. They have had my car in service for 6 months if not more they dropped it off to me today and left me with no gas at all. Not to mention what all I have been through with this car 2018 transmission was going out they didn’t believe me until 3 weeks ago and then my swing gate kept coming open while I was driving it

Make sure you read every piece of paper at least three times. Hidden fees everywhere. Ask for copies from the salesman before you talk to anyone in finance. Numbers are different

they need better people in their service department they say they look at your vehicle when they clearly didn't this time was the very worst experience I have ever had anywhere IT WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. if you care about your car take it somewhere else

Would not recommend. Traded a car in on 6/2/22 and it’s 6/25/22 and my old loan is still not paid off with a payment due. Talked to several different people and could never get a straight answer. Asked about just getting my old vehicle back and was told it was already “sold”. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this chain of dealerships and it will be the last. Never had problems like this with other dealerships and I trade every year.

Do NOT do business with these people. We had our bank of choice, our payments where we wanted them and this was apart of their agreement. A trigger happy enter button pusher pulled 6 hard inquiries AFTER we told them we had a bank. Salesman swore up and down he could get us a better interest rate. 6 HARD inquiries. This is NOT worth the hassle and damage on credit report. Again, we had OUR own bank. Got lied to by salesman.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ramey/JC Ford since I retired from the military in 2010. Each one was a zero stress event other dealers could learn a lot from them.

I would not recommend buying a used car from them, bought a 2016 camaro and in the first week the transmission went out. called them and they had nothing to say or offer, was in the shop for 3 weeks with the drivetrain warranty they include. All I get is a "I'm sorry to hear that" when I just got screwed out of the first month of having it. Was told they did an inspection but clearly not good enough. Was also supposed to get 90 days before first payment and that didn't happen but is also my fault for not paying attention to ... read more
