Apparently their service technicians are a bunch of idiots that cant even do an oil change correctly thanks to them my drain plug got cross threaded and now the threads in my oil pan are stripped out great work johnson city ford wont be back for anything

I've been a customer at JC Ford since 2014. I have 2012 Ford Focus with about 85,000 miles. Since 2014, I've had my TCM reprogrammed several times and then replaced in Dec 2015 under the extended warranty after it completely stopped working. I brought my car to JC Ford again in July 2017 because my steering locked up while I was attempting to back up in a parking lot. Never bought a car from them but have had horrible experience with the service department. Once took my Expedition in for service and they locked the keys in the car. I caught them trying to pry the sunroof open to get inside. If they had asked me, I could have opened the car with the keyless entry code. Today, my husband had an appointment at 8 am for oil change and tire rotation. He got there at 8am and was told that his appointment was at 11. to have bought a used car that was $12,000 plus my trade in and not have it a year yet and had to buy a new battery, am not happy!! i got a $16,000 car and had to buy a battery after 10 months,this should have been free!!!

I recently purchased an SUV and traded in a car that I had also purchased from Johnson City Ford the previous years Typically when someone is a repeat customer, they are treated well. This was not the case with Johnson City Ford. I walked in to the dealership multiple times throughout the buying process and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance.
