My boyfriend and I bought a 2020 F150 from Kevin Cutler in September of 2022. A week after having it we noticed the passenger side door did not lock or unlock, so, I made an appointment for early November (earliest date they had) to have it fixed. Well, when I took it in and informed them of the issue the service guys said it would be a $150 JUST TO LOOK AT IT!! 7 months ago we hauled my vehicle to ford. The guys in the service department looked it over and told me “your motor is sludge , filled full. So we’ll need to replace it or trade in on something else”. We found another shop to haul it to where they had a better deal on a motor. Today, he replaced the motor.. guess what!? IT STILL WONT RUN. The man was going off our diagnostics from ford and knew we was set on the new motor so he didn’t look at it prior. He did today, motor was “clean as a whistle” .. it was my battery!!!!! Worst place ever bought a 16 f150 27,000 within 1 year alternator had to be replaced which was 600$ and now a headgasket blowed the warranty you buy thru johnson city Ford is useless they won’t cover anything make sure you read the fine print if you go here so much bs and lies from the sales team and service been 3 weeks now and still nowhere saying it’s gonna cost me 11,000 out of pocket to fix which is insane warranty backed out and now the company is backing out and wants me to pick the truck up this will be the last veh... read more

They were very professional when I wanted to purchase a vehicle, but not even one month of purchasing my car it broke down and it was left at my job for 2 weeks before I had to pay to get it towed to the nearest dealership which cost me $100 for the towing and is in a different state. Then I had to pay an additional $100 for them to fix the air mass censor that went out. 2 and a half months after getting it fixed even with a 14 month warranty my car is showing the same things wrong plus the malfunction indicator light i... read more

I will never buy from here again. Their warranty and service department are useless. We purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty that covers tire replacement. We got a flat tire a week after we had the vehicle serviced. When it was serviced, the technician documented the tires were in good condition. We took it back to have the tire replaced. And the tread was too worn down per the warranty, even though it was documented the tires were in good shape. They admitted they were wrong but still refused to replace the ti... read more

My uncle bought a 2013 ford limited, he had the truck for 17 days. they’re telling him the timing chain was bad. He took it back to these people to have it fixed because it came off the lot with the problem. They’ve had it for over a week and are now trying to charge him over 4k to fix a problem they sold it to him with. Do not buy from this dealer, don’t even buy from ford in general, they’re a joke.

Topanga, thank you for reaching out to us but I'm afraid you don't have the whole story on this situation. The truck that was purchased was one of our "as is" to the public vehicles with 115,000 + miles on it and we gave the buyer the opportunity to drive it and look it over before he signed the "as is" purchase paperwork. We also strongly recommended that he purchase a vehicle service contract because of the age and mileage of the vehicle, which he decided not to do. They have had my car in service for 6 months if not more they dropped it off to me today and left me with no gas at all. Not to mention what all I have been through with this car 2018 transmission was going out they didn’t believe me until 3 weeks ago and then my swing gate kept coming open while I was driving it

Make sure you read every piece of paper at least three times. Hidden fees everywhere. Ask for copies from the salesman before you talk to anyone in finance. Numbers are different
