Pushy. Spent 2 hours there yesterday. Salesman was nice enough but when I got home, I sent a text that I was going with CARMAX instead. He replied “come back-we will beat CARMAX.” Well, you didn’t. I saved $3,000. Who wouldn’t save money. How does a dealership say trade in is worth $9,000 then I’m about to walk-it goes up to $10,000??? 2023 had rust on the bottom. Weird. Don’t recommend at all. They want you to buy within an hour it seems. Give people some time to decide & give customers the correct numbers. Good luck!
This is a terrible dealership. I’ve never had a worse experience than dealing with these people. I do NOT recommend them at all. If you want to buy a Ford I would say go to a different dealership!
They sent this email out for me to review their service. It is now Wednesday night at 10:40 PM. They were supposed to be here at 9 AM on Tuesday. We’re still waiting. They haven’t bothered to show up or call to say that they’re going to be late. It blows my mind this Sheerer lack of customer service from the Ford dealerships here in East Tennessee
Communication wasn’t good. Services requested weren’t completed. I provided a diagnosis and supporting documentation from a previous Ford dealership with my requested repairs, however Johnson City Ford still charged me for a diagnosis that literally had the same information as my previous diagnosis, from the other dealership. all of workers are horrible and have slick mouths but won’t say anything to your face.
Didn't provide GAP even though I asked and said they were giving me the dent repair warranty for free since I did the normal extended but charged me for it. The finance person was extremely rude and kept saying stuff like 'tik tok people probably told you what this is but I'll tell the truth' and 'your ceramic guy probably doesn't know what he is doing you can only trust us'. misled us about number of keys, and cost of getting replacement. $400 is not cheap. rear hitch had a lock in it which the dealership did not have a key for. We had to pay locksmith to have it removed. Dealer should have taken care of it, but refused.
Will not return to Johnson City Ford. Nothing but lies and deceit from beginning to end. Starting with typical lies about how much money they are losing on the sale. Then incredible level of deceit in rolling a service package into the monthly payment without disclosing. Had I not done the monthly payment calculation myself would have been take for hundreds of additional $/mo.
