My daughter was sold a vehicle. They lied to her time after time. They said it had new tires, it had two broke lug nuts that a mechanic said there is no way they could have missed. It was a used vehicle but you don’t sell someone something that they could have been killed in. Their answer was that they could not have cared less. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership at all costs. They seem to thrive on dishonesty.

Stay clear of this dealership, I purchased a brand Ford Lightning from them and the truck has been in the shop longer than I have had it. The very first night I had the truck, the mirror glass fell out of the housing and shattered on the driveway. I brought it in immediately and ordered the mirror replacement which took about a week to get. Unfortunately they ordered the passenger mirror instead of the drivers side mirror. Pushy. Spent 2 hours there yesterday. Salesman was nice enough but when I got home, I sent a text that I was going with CARMAX instead. He replied “come back-we will beat CARMAX.” Well, you didn’t. I saved $3,000. Who wouldn’t save money. How does a dealership say trade in is worth $9,000 then I’m about to walk-it goes up to $10,000??? 2023 had rust on the bottom. Weird. Don’t recommend at all. They want you to buy within an hour it seems. Give people some time to decide & give customers the correct numbers. Good luck!

This is a terrible dealership. I’ve never had a worse experience than dealing with these people. I do NOT recommend them at all. If you want to buy a Ford I would say go to a different dealership!
