We bought a used vehicle September 2023. Was told after it went through the “inspection” that there was nothing wrong with it and it passed. Well fast forward 6 months and after an oil change at this location we were given a list of everything wrong with the vehicle😳. A month later the differential went out while we were driving and after 6 weeks it was fixed at local body shop. The car was way over priced which is on us for not negotiating more. avoid this place like the plague. worse car buying experience we have ever had. they tried backing out of things that were agreed on during making the deal, treated us like we were just a bother. the only good thing I can say is the salesman was nice. we won't be doing business with them kn the future.
H3LL NO I wouldn’t recommend these people just got charged $100.29 dollars for an oil change! 30.00 dollars just for the guy to turn a 14mm bolt & let it drain I was told $65.00 tax & all & I got hit after it was done $100.29 DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK

RecommendedWell, my visit wasn't the best to say the least. First time customer. I came in to get a transmission flush. Walked in to request the service, was told that everyone was going on lunch in 45 minutes. That was at 11:15am. I decided to wait in my car till everyone came back from lunch. During this time, a worker was backing up another customers truck in the spot behind where I parked. The worker had backed up and hit my back bumper with the trailer hitch. Numerous bad experiences, especially with females has been our experience with JC Ford. Had a company vehicle (unfortunately a new 2020 Ford Escape) and another around town vehicle, a 2016 Ford Transit Connect that was a vehicle we used for a business we owned. Three bad experiences and will never recommend this place. Our brand new 2020 Escape kept stalling when going uphill or at intersections from day one which made driving it very dangerous. Bought 2014 GMC Sierra with 102k miles on 10/21/22. Short test drive and all seemed good. It was cold so didn’t check AC. Should have. Doesn’t cool. Heated seats are dead. Transmission replaced after only 573 miles. Brakes and rotors are warped so another $350 dollar since warranty doesn’t cover it. A week after having it we noticed the passenger side door did not lock or unlock, so, I made an appointment for early November (earliest date they had) to have it fixed.
