7 months ago we hauled my vehicle to ford. The guys in the service department looked it over and told me “your motor is sludge , filled full. So we’ll need to replace it or trade in on something else”. We found another shop to haul it to where they had a better deal on a motor. Today, he replaced the motor.. guess what!? IT STILL WONT RUN. Worst place ever bought a 16 f150 27,000 within 1 year alternator had to be replaced which was 600$ and now a headgasket blowed the warranty you buy thru johnson city Ford is useless they won’t cover anything make sure you read the fine print if you go here so much bs and lies from the sales team and service been 3 weeks now and still nowhere saying it’s gonna cost me 11,000 out of pocket to fix which is insane warranty backed out and now the company is backing out and wants me to pick the truck up this will be the last veh... read more

They were very professional when I wanted to purchase a vehicle, but not even one month of purchasing my car it broke down and it was left at my job for 2 weeks before I had to pay to get it towed to the nearest dealership which cost me $100 for the towing and is in a different state. I will never buy from here again. Their warranty and service department are useless. We purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty that covers tire replacement. We got a flat tire a week after we had the vehicle serviced. When it was serviced, the technician documented the tires were in good condition. We took it back to have the tire replaced. My uncle bought a 2013 ford limited, he had the truck for 17 days. they’re telling him the timing chain was bad. He took it back to these people to have it fixed because it came off the lot with the problem. They’ve had it for over a week and are now trying to charge him over 4k to fix a problem they sold it to him with. Do not buy from this dealer, don’t even buy from ford in general, they’re a joke.

They have had my car in service for 6 months if not more they dropped it off to me today and left me with no gas at all. Not to mention what all I have been through with this car 2018 transmission was going out they didn’t believe me until 3 weeks ago and then my swing gate kept coming open while I was driving it

Make sure you read every piece of paper at least three times. Hidden fees everywhere. Ask for copies from the salesman before you talk to anyone in finance. Numbers are different

they need better people in their service department they say they look at your vehicle when they clearly didn't this time was the very worst experience I have ever had anywhere IT WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. if you care about your car take it somewhere else

Would not recommend. Traded a car in on 6/2/22 and it’s 6/25/22 and my old loan is still not paid off with a payment due. Talked to several different people and could never get a straight answer. Asked about just getting my old vehicle back and was told it was already “sold”. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this chain of dealerships and it will be the last. Never had problems like this with other dealerships and I trade every year.
