all of workers are horrible and have slick mouths but won’t say anything to your face.
Didn't provide GAP even though I asked and said they were giving me the dent repair warranty for free since I did the normal extended but charged me for it. The finance person was extremely rude and kept saying stuff like 'tik tok people probably told you what this is but I'll tell the truth' and 'your ceramic guy probably doesn't know what he is doing you can only trust us'. misled us about number of keys, and cost of getting replacement. $400 is not cheap. rear hitch had a lock in it which the dealership did not have a key for. We had to pay locksmith to have it removed. Dealer should have taken care of it, but refused.
Will not return to Johnson City Ford. Nothing but lies and deceit from beginning to end. Starting with typical lies about how much money they are losing on the sale. Then incredible level of deceit in rolling a service package into the monthly payment without disclosing. Had I not done the monthly payment calculation myself would have been take for hundreds of additional $/mo. We bought a used vehicle September 2023. Was told after it went through the “inspection” that there was nothing wrong with it and it passed. Well fast forward 6 months and after an oil change at this location we were given a list of everything wrong with the vehicle😳. A month later the differential went out while we were driving and after 6 weeks it was fixed at local body shop. The car was way over priced which is on us for not negotiating more. avoid this place like the plague. worse car buying experience we have ever had. they tried backing out of things that were agreed on during making the deal, treated us like we were just a bother. the only good thing I can say is the salesman was nice. we won't be doing business with them kn the future.
H3LL NO I wouldn’t recommend these people just got charged $100.29 dollars for an oil change! 30.00 dollars just for the guy to turn a 14mm bolt & let it drain I was told $65.00 tax & all & I got hit after it was done $100.29 DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK

RecommendedWell, my visit wasn't the best to say the least. First time customer. I came in to get a transmission flush. Walked in to request the service, was told that everyone was going on lunch in 45 minutes. That was at 11:15am. I decided to wait in my car till everyone came back from lunch.
