Service will push un needed things bc they are forced to. No one cares about your car just your money. No one will answer the phone bc they don’t want to deal with you. Giant uncoordinated mess.
My daughter was sold a vehicle. They lied to her time after time. They said it had new tires, it had two broke lug nuts that a mechanic said there is no way they could have missed. It was a used vehicle but you don’t sell someone something that they could have been killed in. Their answer was that they could not have cared less. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership at all costs. They seem to thrive on dishonesty.
Stay clear of this dealership, I purchased a brand Ford Lightning from them and the truck has been in the shop longer than I have had it. The very first night I had the truck, the mirror glass fell out of the housing and shattered on the driveway. I brought it in immediately and ordered the mirror replacement which took about a week to get. Unfortunately they ordered the passenger mirror instead of the drivers side mirror.
