If you buy something other than a Toyota, chances are, as in my case , a Nissan Rogue, they can’t or won’t service everything. The service department is really sensitive if you dare to question why they sell them if they can’t service everything on a vehicle they sell. So buy only a Toyota product because apparently they can service everything on those. Oh almost forgot. A 1:30 oil change appt. creeps into the 2 hour time frame if you dare question the service dept. about this.
We waited 2 hours and 40 minutes on an oil and brake fluid change. Multiple people arrived after us and left way before us. We received a message saying it would take 30 more minutes after waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes. We didn’t leave until another hour later.

In October, I was due for a tire rotation. I waited an hour. Ok. No big deal. It’s always busy. The problem was after. I bought a Ford Expedition in October and it has been a run around ever since. When I got this suv they said it had a lifetime warranty on the motor and transmission and 12,000 mile warranty bumper to bumper. Literally the worst garage experience ever. Been driving for 20+ years, in 3 different states, and somehow Johnson City Toyota takes the cake for WORST GARAGE. Summary of experience: Took my 4runner in for a diagnostic re: Check engine light was on - on 9.14.23. Confirmed knock senor needs replaced, a pretty big job.
