IF you go here, check your paperwork and make SURE that you read the fine print. We traded in 2 vehicles, and BOTH were sold BEFORE the paperwork was finalized through the bank. This place is a cess pool with xxxx as a finance department. They will cram your loan full of crap you don’t need folks. For example, they tried to sell me a warranty and it ended up being almost 5000 dollars. THEN they threw in paint protection, which isn’t much more than cheap car wax and tried to charge $1099.00 for it. It’s called loan packing. Educate yourselves guys. Don’t give them ANYTHING. Oil change an they "checked" rear door hatch thru their computer. Charged 167.00. Then gave an estimate of 1200.00 to repair the hatch. The part is 400.00, I checked.
I am downgrading my rating from three stars to two after dealing with Daniel in the finance department. Once the dealership has your money they become completely unresponsive in my experience. Do not expect phone calls to be returned and when you do reach them expect a heavy dose of attitude. One or two individuals can sour what previously had been a positive car buying experience. They made a contract to pay off my trade in. Told them the payment on the trade in was due in a couple days. They said to pay it and we would be refunded the overpayment. They lied and sent the amount after the payment posted which violated our contract. I’ve tried to call them several times and they keep telling me the finance office will call me back, but they never do. Scammed me out of $430.
I would never go back. I had an appt today for an appraisal on my cadillac that they were wanting to buy. So the manager would never come out an look at my car he kept sending a new guy he had only been there 2 days. He was not familiar with pricing on the vehicles for sale. "Bought a Land Cruiser here that should have gone to..." Bought a Land Cruiser here that should have gone to auction instead of being sold at a reputable dealership. I should have realized when they wouldn’t let me see it on a lift that there were problems, but I was assured that it was all undercoated so the undercarriage was in great shape. The frame is toast. We’ve had numerous rust-related failures including brake failure. I’d recommend a more honest dealership.
