I bought a Ford Expedition in October and it has been a run around ever since. When I got this suv they said it had a lifetime warranty on the motor and transmission and 12,000 mile warranty bumper to bumper. I bought the SUV on a Wednesday but they needed to keep it so that they could detail it and do their inspection. I was supposed to pick it up on Friday. because they sold an elderly couple a car and 4 days later the transmission went out. They just told them sorry. Very sorry for a company to do this.

I had read and seen numerous reviews about how this Dr Ehi helped different people in one way or another, I never believed in anything like spells or magics not until I read a similar story like mine where my fiancé had deprived me from having any sexual intercourse and has been cheating on me. Literally the worst garage experience ever. Been driving for 20+ years, in 3 different states, and somehow Johnson City Toyota takes the cake for WORST GARAGE. Summary of experience: Took my 4runner in for a diagnostic re: Check engine light was on - on 9.14.23. Confirmed knock senor needs replaced, a pretty big job. Set up service for 9.20 to fix the issue. I called on 9.19 to confirm we were still on for 9.20 as I got no reminder txt/email. I was told on 9.19 we were all set. The worst Toyota dealer I know. I put $500 deposit for a new car and only got updates a few times over more than half a year. I had to call three times and wait months to get the deposit back.

Toyota's Mission Statement: "To attract and attain customers with high-valued products and services and the most satisfying ownership experience in America." - I read this on Toyota's website. The guy who checked me in, lied about the depth of my tire tread in an effort to sell me over $900 in unnecessary tires. This has happened twice!
