I received a quote of $1248 for new tires and change of brake fluid But then they try to charge me $1757 with no explanation. It took days of arguing to get it taken care of.
Don’t trade-in your vehicle here… they will lowball you and make stuff up about your trade-in that isn’t true to try and get you to accept a lower value. They will then turn around and list it for almost DOUBLE what they offered you! DOUBLE! After all that, they will press you for a 5-star review. Haha!
Do not buy vehicle from this place they are the worst dealership i have ever dealt with and the most dishonest dealership i have ever bought a vehicle from.Will never do business with them again

This review is about the service department, not sales. Everything the tech performed was done well. However, they did NOT change my oil even though I have a prepaid service plan based on oil changes every 5000 miles. I made sure it had been at least 5000 miles since the last change. I have owned the truck since January 2020 and the oil had previously been changed every 5000 miles. I've made about 6 trips with my 2023 Tundra for recalls(8 recalls so far), just had a 5000 mile service done even though they recommend every 10,000. The person at counter put in the wrong mileage showing almost 9000. The carfax is showing it has 9000 miles at time of service, I went back the very next day to make them correct it and apparently another employee didn't follow through again to correct.
