Both my husband and I could tell the quality and high level of customer service as soon as we contacted our salesman, Wai Leung, to start the buying process. He was with us every step of the way, and continues to be a support if and when needed. If you're looking for a Class B RV, Johnson RV has a great selection. Ask for Hugh!! Hugh helped us find exactly what we were looking for and he treated us like family through the entire process. Could we have gotten a little lower price out of state? Maybe, but there's a lot of comfort in knowing the Johnson RV staff have your back even after the sale is done. After a few months and taking our camper van out on several trips, we discovered some minor repairs/adjustments were needed. The service department took our van in... read more

We were in the market for an RV and stopped in at Johnson RV. Hugh spent a lot of time (several hours I'm sure in the course of a couple of days)with us. He listened very carefully and learned what our needs were. We were so sure we knew what we wanted but had never spent much time in one. Knowing what our needs and concerns were, Hugh was able to gently direct us to a rig that we were so adamantly against initially. Turns out he was exactly right! I have weeks worth of positive experiences in dealing johnson RV as we concluded the sales of a used Dodge Sprinter Camper Van. I worked closely with Hugh, salesman and Jason, Fife store manager. They were eager to answer all of my questions as a novice owner of a Sportsmobile - before, during and after sales. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They were open to negotiating all aspects of cost, servicing, and making sure this vehicle was ready to go for me.
