Can't say enough good about this dealership! They are professional and an amazing group! We went to buy a trailer from them but they did not sell the one we wanted, so they referred us to their Sandy Oregon store. They were very helpful in getting us in touch with the right people to buy the trailer that we wanted. Super nice and super honest people and that's what you want when you are buying a trailer. Winnebago is the best, spend the money and get one!

We flew from California to the Fife location to pick up our 2005 Chinook. Both my husband and I could tell the quality and high level of customer service as soon as we contacted our salesman, Wai Leung, to start the buying process. He was with us every step of the way, and continues to be a support if and when needed. When we arrived, we were basically met by a team of people who helped us through the entire process and made our time valuable and informative. If you're looking for a Class B RV, Johnson RV has a great selection. Ask for Hugh!! Hugh helped us find exactly what we were looking for and he treated us like family through the entire process. Could we have gotten a little lower price out of state? Maybe, but there's a lot of comfort in knowing the Johnson RV staff have your back even after the sale is done. After a few months and taking our camper van out on several trips, we discovered some minor repairs/adjustments were needed. The service department took our van in... read more

INTEGRITY!!! THAT is Johnson RV's #1 goal! And it shows through! We bought a used (2010 Winnebago Journey) from Johnson in October. We were leaving for 4 months in November. There were a few issues - it was 7 years old - and Johnson RV said we would deal with them once we got home. Well, we got home and Johnson RV is STANDING BY THIS!!! They are fixing the minor issues - ON THEM! INTEGRITY is their NUMBER 1 VALUE!!! This is our second purchase from Johnson RV and we would recommend them HIGHLY!!! Jim & Kathy B.

We were in the market for an RV and stopped in at Johnson RV. Hugh spent a lot of time (several hours I'm sure in the course of a couple of days)with us. He listened very carefully and learned what our needs were. We were so sure we knew what we wanted but had never spent much time in one.
