I've dreamt of having an RV for a long time and after being shafted by several "private owners", I contacted Johnsons RV about this one RV they had advertised. Though we could financially afford the RV, I didn't believe our credit score would make the cut. I explained this to our salesman, Hugh, and he convinced to let him try. We had been to several dealers to find a newer motor home. None of them could help us get into a newer rig. We are now the new owners of a newer and bigger rig. The experience we had a Johnson RV was incredible. We don't think we will need to buy another RV, but if we do, we go back to Johnson RV. They did a great job in getting the financing and the payment we afford. Chris Stan was the salesperson and did a great job.

I read the other reviews for Johnson RV and felt the need to add one of my own. My experience with Johnson was so very different than the others described. My understanding is that the entire store has gone through a personnel and storefront upgrade in the recent past, and maybe my experience is due to the "new and improved" Johnson RV..... Anyway, we have tried both successfully and unsuccessfully to purchase RVs over the past several years and have had dealings with most of the regular players in the local RV market. M... read more

The after sale service department experience is absolutely terrible putting into question their customer service strategy? Warranty claims are seemingly ghosted with no proactive communication in any form and an indifference when challenged.

I wouldn't recommend this company, but they seem to have the largest selection of class b RVs in my area. I bought a used rv and haven't been able to use it for a trip we had planned for the fall. I bought their warranty after it was recommended by Aerial in finance. After driving it home, the transmission locked up. I called the number in the paperwork for the warranty and discovered it was not the correct company. I tried to e-mail Aerial, and she had blocked my communication.
