We were in the market for an RV and stopped in at Johnson RV. Hugh spent a lot of time (several hours I'm sure in the course of a couple of days)with us. I have weeks worth of positive experiences in dealing johnson RV as we concluded the sales of a used Dodge Sprinter Camper Van. I worked closely with Hugh, salesman and Jason, Fife store manager. They were eager to answer all of my questions as a novice owner of a Sportsmobile - before, during and after sales. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They were open to negotiating all aspects of cost, servicing, and making sure this vehicle was ready to go for me.

Had a great experience even though I didn't buy a trailer. Mark and his manager was great was looking at a trailer that was too heavy for my truck they tried to find me a lighter one but I live in California and their business is in Washington I found a trailer locally and they congratulated me on my find even though I didn't buy a trailer from them they helped me with specs of my weight guidelines. Thank you very much will definitely recommend anyone to buy from youYou made us feel like family while we were there

My husband and I recently purchased our Class C from Johnson and couldnt be happier! We had a situation arise with the original RV we picked out and after determining that it had some issues that made it unsellable they worked with us to get us into an RV of better quality at a reasonable price. The customer service was top notch! Ask for Rudy when you go in he will work with you to get you into an RV and he wont sell you something he wouldnt be ready to buy himself!
