My experience with Dean and his team at Kilowatt was incredible. I first called Kilowatt last year for a problem I was having and throughout that process they were great (always went above and beyond). Super friendly and prompt service. I had an entirely new AC system installed at my house. They brought in a crane and everything. They took all the guess work out of the planning. They arrived at 8am and were gone by 4pm. Getting a new AC installed in the house is stressful and expensive but they made it easy and broke down all of the costs. I feel happy with the service and they offer a 2 year warranty after the installation of their work. They have financing available too for zero percent interest for 18 months if need be... read more

Dean and his amazing team left my condo a little while ago and did an excellent job installing a brand new HVAC system (a unit in the condo and on the roof). The old one was from 1998 and on the verge of collapse, so my sister and I took the plunge and went for a new one. It was a reasonable price and we also have their twice-a-year maintenance program. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Dean and his team at Killowatt! We were shopping around for a Mitsubishi ductless AC/Heating unit for our sunroom and are beyond pleased with the work and the powerful yet quiet unit! Dean is super personable and honest and his pricing was by far the lowest around. I have dealt with many Heat and AC companies and they always try to up sell us, or tell us we need an entire new unit. Not Dean - he is a straight shooter and saved us a LOT of money. Highly recommend!!

A big shout out to Dean and his crew. After 6 months I had a problem with my new system the Kilowatt installed (great system BTW). On MLK Day Kilowatt sent out two techs to diagnose the problem as it was sending out all sorts of error codes. The techs took pictures and videos and were on a conference call with American Standard, the manufacturer at 6:00 pm to diagnose the problem At 8:00 am the following day the Kilowatt techs along with the American Standard Tech were at my house working on the diagnosis. Kilowatt recently replaced an old heating and cooling system in my house and my family cannot be any happier. Their professionalism is top notch, they work with expediency and honesty, and most of all, Kilowatt knows what they are doing and are passionate about their work. Highly recommended!

I'm very happy that I hired Kilowatt to install a new HVAC system for my home. Dean, Hector and everyone who was on the crew did a great job completely removing my old swamp cooler and furnace and installing the new setup. Cannot recommend them enough.

Dean and his team were amazing. In and out in 2 days with no mess and no fuss, just consummate professionalism. Even our dog liked his team who were all very friendly. The best part? No one talked down to us, something that was very refreshing for my fiance. We live in Van Nuys and had no air so this past summer was brutal. We called around and Dean gave us a great price and an upgraded thermostat for no additional charge. They did the works.
