Update - This is the second time that Dean/Kilowatt has saved me during a meltdown (literal and figurative) during a summer. Trust the reviews you see for Kilowatt and Dean. We have been home owners for a very long time. We have had a lot of contractors come through. The mark of an excellent one is how they manage adversity in unforeseen situations and holding true to their word. Dean passed both with flying colors. This company has serviced my A/C system since 2015 after they installed a new air conditioner unit that year. I have had no issues with my unit because they have helped me maintain its condition regularly. Not only are their technicians/employees very knowledgeable and willing to share the details of maintenance and answer any questions, but they are also the most personable gentlemen and women that I have met recently in any industry. I called with an issue of air conditioner not cooling properly The service was excellent from the receptionist who answered the phone : Jessica who was able to get a service person out. Jessica was also technically familiar with my issue. Ernie came over with 24 hours and was able to diagnose and fix my issues. Now waiting for final estimate got a new air conditioner as this is a bandaid solution that was fine by another company without the attention to detail.

Francis was an amazing quarterback on the operation to replace our old AC system as the Valley heats up. He helped us evaluate options after assessing our old system and recommended an approach for a new one, pricing out all the options and helping us make an informed decision. The day of the replacement, he coordinated 9 workers to get it done way ahead of schedule, then stayed afterwards to explain the system, help us set it up, and ensure we were satisfied.
