Just had the most amazing experience getting a new AC/Heating system installed in my townhouse by Kilowatt! I wasn't even totally set on getting a new system at first. I just wanted to get an idea of what could be done to improve my heating and cooling in my unit. I have been using Kilowatte heating service for over 10 years. They have always been reliable, professional, responsive, and friendly. I was told by another company's rep that I needed to replace the original 30 year old flex HVAC ducts in my house, and quoted a price. When I contacted Kilowatt, Dean (the owner) personally inspected, and advised me that, while the price was about correct for that work, if I simply replaced the existing ducts, I would be simply buying additional expense and delay when I needed to replace the furnace and fan unit at some point in the future. We chose Kilowatt to install our central AC based on numerous great reviews. It was one of the best choices we've made. The proposal process was easy and wasn't pushy at all. The installation was efficient and the clean up afterwards was excellent. Kilowatts' customer service follow up is the best I've experienced with any company. They Put in a new unit and ducting about 8 months ago. So far so good. They did my services recently and adjusted the flow as well as changed the filter and checked the unit. I also have a very delicate roof and they took extra care with my tiles. I really appreciate the service.
