Dean came within 3-4 hours of my call on the hottest day of the year. We appreciated his quick response. He diagnosed the problem and the house began to cool immediately. we will recommend Kilowatt to neighbors and friends.

Six years ago I had a new HVAC system installed by Kilowatt. At that time I also signed up for the twice a year maintenance which is now about $300 a year broken into monthly installments. I don't know any homeowner that wants to spend money on monthly contracts. Mainly because you never know what kind of service you're going to get or feel like you're getting your money's worth. These guys are great...meaning 5 star, A+. I've used them twice in two different houses to install both condenser and furnace units...so the whole system. They only use great products and great installers. When the job is done I like to see the work to get an understanding of quality. I'm never disappointed with their work. Dean and his team installed a variable speed heat pump in our home that has been life changing! I knew I wanted American Standard after doing some research and to say that this thing is quiet would be a misnomer - it's absolutely silent. Dean and his team are wonderful. Dean returned my call immensely Sunday night when I came home to a hot house. Dean met with me the next day and provided a quote. The day of the install the guys arrived on time and cleaned up before they left. I definitely recommend Kilowatt Heating and Air.

Our 15 yrs old AC unit stopped working and my Uncle recommended this company for service. I called them to schedule an appointment and they accommodated me right away. Our old AC system was a disaster and needed to be replaced in the height of a summer heat wave. Dean from Kilowatt called us right away and was at our house within hours. This was on Tuesday. Dean and his crew had replaced our entire HVAC system by Friday. It works perfectly. They did phenomenal work. Highly recommend this great company.
