Want a professional and fantastic experience then I suggest Kilowatt Air Conditioning Heating and Electric. In the middle of a heatwave in the San Fernando Valley, my central air/air conditioning system completely gave out after 23 years. I was referred to Kilowatt by a friend and quickly gave them a call. Our air conditioner condenser fan stopped working during the middle of a heat wave. Wouldn't you know it. The unit was almost 30 years old, so I feared the worst. The tech guy came out the next day and after checking out the AC system, he confirmed my suspicions. We had to replace the system. This is where it gets better. Great company. Purchased an HVAC from them a few years ago. Signed up for their maintenance program. Good program and their group of technicians are all quite capable, customer friendly, on time. Recently, was serviced by Eric and like all the others was terrific. Highly recommend.

We have been using Kilowatt for our heating and A/C for several years, for both our home as well as 2 rentals homes that we own. They have maintained older A/C units and installed new ones. They have also done electrical work for us. They are honest, their technicians are on time, clean and friendly. They have always done a great job for us. They are THE BEST!! Highly recommended!!

Kilowatt has some of the best people working there. I contacted them to repair by old AC and Byron came out, did the repair and explained the problem. He even had taken pictures of the problem. I had been thinking about replacing it so I requested a quote. Byron stayed and worked with me explaining everything in detail. Once the quote was given it seemed a bit high. Beyond responsive! Called the company on Sunday and Dean called me back that day about an air conditioning issue. He and one of his technicians came on Monday, found the problem (a very bad wiring job under and inside the house done by another company several years ago). He and his technician replaced all the wiring, which took quite a bit of time and got the AC working again. We got his name from a friend who had her whole system replaced, including new duct work. He did a great job for her and a great job for us!
