Yesterday our AC went out. Dean changed his schedule to come over within 15 mins to take a look. He determined that it was a DWP power problem and recommended that we call them. He did not charge us for the house call. Very kind and generous. Will certainly give him a call when we decide to upgrade our HVAC. Thanks again.

Dean and his team installed a state-of-the-art HVAC system for me. The product is great. More importantly, they offered smart, insightful guidance and problem solving. They were comprehensive, reliable, and fast...and they managed the every interaction taking all appropriate COVID precautions. First-rate.

This review is 8 years overdue! Dean and his crew go above and beyond to give you the best service and they offer much more than just A/C. Besides an A/C install, they have blown insulation into my attic, covered roofline openings and even cleaned my gutters. Always professional, fair, pleasant and clean! A company you can trust. I'll use them forever.

The service we received from Kilowatt was beyond expectation starting with our first contacts with Valeria and Jessica and ending with the installation and inspection of our unit. We were replacing a unit that was exceptionally loud and unreliable. The air distribution was so poor that some rooms varied in temperature by as much as 6 degrees. I am here to say once again that Kilowatt is a truly awesome company. My husband has very sensitive ears and after our new system was installed, he noticed this buzzing noise that was driving him so crazy he did not want to turn on the heat. Hands down, the most professional, stress-free company we have ever dealt with! We are selling our 1938 house and were in need of some major updates, including our HVAC and electrical sub panel. We had a great experience with the whole Kilowatt team, who installed a new heat pump and condenser for us. Dean and Valerie provided excellent service, providing estimates, answering questions, and scheduling the installation. They were always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
