I'm very happy that I hired Kilowatt to install a new HVAC system for my home. Dean, Hector and everyone who was on the crew did a great job completely removing my old swamp cooler and furnace and installing the new setup. Cannot recommend them enough.

Dean and his team were amazing. In and out in 2 days with no mess and no fuss, just consummate professionalism. Even our dog liked his team who were all very friendly. The best part? No one talked down to us, something that was very refreshing for my fiance. We live in Van Nuys and had no air so this past summer was brutal. We called around and Dean gave us a great price and an upgraded thermostat for no additional charge. They did the works. Recently had Dean come by to quote out adding an additional vent and running a duct to our addition at the back of the house as the room gets SO hot. We live in the valley so the heat is no joke here. Dean was super nice and professional and went over all our options. By Sunday of Labor Day weekend, with temps over 108, our old a/c system was running but its cooling capacity was diminished. I thought this must be the worst week of the year to find an air conditioning tech. I thought of Kilowatt, who had helped us out a few years ago, with a minor reset. I called Dean Sunday of Labor Day weekend in the evening hours to see if they do emergency services. In August we found ourselves being one of LA DWP customers that had a complete blackout for 13 hours as electricity across Southern California went out from too much overload during the hottest time of August at triple digits. Thank goodness for Kilowatt overhauling our HVAC or we wouldn't have survived the last week!!
