I would not stay there again Front desk check in was slow because staff was trying to help someone that got locked out of their room. We had problems with getting out of our door too. Getting in it worked, but the latch would jam and take several tries to get out. This is very dangerous in the event of a fire or an emergency. I brought this up with the front desk when I checked out and he said that they are aware that there are problems with the door locks. Disappointing Wasn't very clean. The rooms were super dated.... Location......

No tenían gym disponible a pesar de ofrecerlo Tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel porque nosotros cogimos este hotel debido a que tenía gym pero cuando llegamos no estaba disponible. Nos fuimos al día siguiente a pesar de haber pagado 3 noches y aún estamos esperando a que nos devuelvan el dinero, nos dijeron que lo iban a hacer pero no tiene buena pinta…

Poor Microwave didn’t work and called the front desk he told me for me to go down stairs and use the one we have Never again

Bad I paid an extra $25 to stay till 1pm. I had a business meeting on zoom. Well housekeeping knocked on my door every 15 minutes. I called the front desk to let them aware of the disruptions, they said they take care of it. So at 12:30 I ended my meeting because housekeeping wouldn't stop. I asked the manager if she knew Spanish and she said no. I suggested that maybe that's why there was a communication problem. She then proceeded to yell at me in the lobby "to get out!". So rude.

I will not recommend this to anybody It’s not clean Bad customer service Nothing

Disappointing. We have been in other La Quintas all over the nation and this one was not acceptable Hotel seemed to be old. Doors and walls were damaged and scraped. Bathroom needs to be caulked. Halls were not clean. Electric plugs in bathroom didn’t work. Landscaping and grass were not maintained. TV worked but no instructions on how to find a station. Windows were not clean. I feel like I was overcharged on my he room ($194 per night). When I made reservations in August, I don’t remember the room rate being that high. Man... read more

Adequate but also disappointing as my expectations were higher since it was La Quinta by Wyndham. Phones in both rooms didn’t work. Outside of windows were very dirty on 3rd floor. Door to bathroom was very awkward, it wouldn’t stay all the way open but wouldn’t stay cracked open either. It was always in the way when you were at the sink, on the toilet. Shower needs a seat. The room/ bathroom looks like it was remodeled at one time but it needs another lift. Need more electrical plugs. The only plugs were behind the side tab... read more
