No housekeeping to die an our room and a very loud party next to us until 5am. Terrible

Bait and Switch room rate. Confirmed reservations rate was not honored! We were victims of bait and switch. I had confirmed reservations for $250.00. We were charged $418.00 with no explanation. Location

Avoid this hotel if you can. Otherwise double check your credit cards Bed was very uncomfortable, refrigerator did not cool items, room table lamp didn't work. Oh, and then there was the credit card fraud. The credit card I used to book my room was hacked and someone racked up over $400 in fraudulent purchases- thankfully my bank contacted me about it within a short time. The thing is, that card was dedicated to only be used to pay for the hotel room, and hadn't been used in several weeks prior, so it's odd that it was scamm... read more

The situation with your credit card was reported to me and it has been looked into. was charged a pet fee despite the website policy saying it was free when I booked. I feel like it was a bait and switch. Pésima estancia No se parece en nada a las fotos, está muy descuidado y sucio, cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que tenía huéspedes eran las 2am y despertamos a las personas sin querer, la habitación tenía la peor cama en la que he dormido y todo sucio, con mal olor, alfombra sucia y pegostosa, el peor hotel en el que me he quedado y pague 125$ la noche, es un hotel para 50$ max por noche, pésima experiencia no lo recomiendo.

Malo No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, me cargaron 3 veces las cuentas en 2 tarjetas de crédito diferentes .
