No phone inroon,desk light didn’t work room was dark, no USB ports, outlets looked unsafe! the grounds are not taken care of at all! the lobby are is very nice

Sorry for the Inconvenience "Sorry for the Inconvenience" signs at every turn. "We won't make your room everyday, due to the pandemic. Sorry for the Inconvenience." Pandemic in Nov 2022? "Business Center is closed. Sorry for the Inconvenience." It's closed because where there should be monitors there are VGA cables. No computers. No printer. "No happy hour today. Sorry for the Inconvenience." New building. No bugs. Good internet.

Could be better if the A/C was functioning fine. The air condition isn’t working properly. The room was pretty hot even it was though it was set on 65 degrees of cold. Everything was upto the mark. Except the air condition.
