my husband requires internet for his work. reception very poor to nonexistent. very poor internet reception friendly staff

Do not stay here unless u want to be going back with a bug infestation in ur bags. Absolutely disgusting place. Cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Hallway carpet was disgusting. Elevators were stained and dirty. Bedroom carpet had stains and blood on it. Smelt disgusting. Staff was friendly and they had breakfast.

Bad The hotel room door was open when I checked in. Major security concern. And the key card system was malfunctioning. I couldn’t get into my room every time I stepped out the room was spacious

Worst night l have ever experienced I was told to leave property because l made front desk person(Hana) uncomfortable due to making a comment about the ice machine having exposed live wires that could be very dangerous to children if they were to be in contact with them.Hana, also claimed that the name on her name tag wasn't her real name when l mentioned about contacting corporate office/bad review for this dangerous complain.l could not believe after being a long time loyal guest with WYNDHAM Corporate chains, l was so sad... read more

Poor Our room was hot, and dirty. One of our towels was filthy and had blood on it. Bathtub had mold all around it. Cob Webb’s and dead bugs all over the ceiling. Curtains were shredded. Phone did not have a cord so could not use to call front desk. It was supposed to be a Queen deluxe with 2 queens told me they don’t even have queens. Booking.com tried calling them the first night and no one would answer. I wish I could post all the pictures. The location and Tabby at the front desk!

Very disappointing Instead of the breakfast we were expecting, we got a bag with a tiny bottle of water, a fruit cup with no spoon, and a granola bar. Very disappointing! Room was very hot because the AC unit was not working properly. Bed was ok, but pillows were hard! Outdoor pool was tiny. We won't be back. Location was great.
