Fair The women who are at the desk are err not nice. Everyone else was great. Gentleman that checked us in was great and cleaners were nice. Front desk ladies were not. Bed not comfortable or the pillows. Location
Fair The hotel looks really modern on the outside but the rooms and air conditioner was dated

Overall my stay was good Breakfast was not hot barely even warm! Rooms were nice and clean and bed was comfortable
Fair Still haven't received any discounts from staying there dozens of times.

I wonder what else wasn’t cleaned The makeup on the towels from the previous people that stayed, and the pubes left in the bathtub from whoever stayed before Location

The Hotel was hard to find - not everyone has a smart phone. The breakfast was meagre to say the least. Choice could have been better. We could not turn left to leave the property. Had drive down the street and make a U-turn. This hotel needs to fix the 'walkway' to the hotel entrance. Four step stones that looked as if they had been thrown down - a serious safety hazard since they were surrounded by mounds of large pebbles. Couldn't possibly pull a suitcase across!
Very Poor The staff was not very friendly, the room had no wifi access, and they didnt provide water during austin's water boil alert
