Downgrade this location to 1 star hotel Rooms too small, bugs all over, very poor mattress, Staff not supportive to fix any issue. Requested firm pillows non provided, Due to mattress condition and bugs could not sleep. Nothing, I would give Negative 5 star

It was awful and I won’t be back. Apparently you don’t get house keeping if you aren’t staying for four days so when we put the tag on the door and it wasn’t clean we didn’t know why. Our microwave didn’t work nor did our tub drain properly which is absolutely disgusting. AND continental breakfast is a kids bag to go. Location.

read above the internet was not working and lodge the complain right after inter the room. The manager can and check the connection and told me that she will transfer me to other room. Later on after 30 minutes she told me that all the rooms connections are bad. I did not finish my office work I need the full refund otherwise i have no choice to take legal action Nothing they give me ground floor room facing parking lot and you can not sleep well

Very disappointing!!! See above comment!! That was NOT breakfast….A zip lock bag with some cheap danish and other crap does not constitute a Breakfast!! Tired of COVID being used as an excuse for companies to cut back on their services. It should say on the website that no hot breakfast available… only a bag of cheap crap is offered!!
There are much better hotel options within 5 miles of this LaQuinta. Pick one of those. Bad hotel! The AC did not work the first night. The staff moved us to another room for the second night. There was no hot water in the 2nd room. A cold shower was a bad start to the day. Hallway floors stayed littered with debris, trash, etc. The WiFi access is non existent. The exterior makes you think it is a newer hotel but the inside remodel is poorly done. I saw some of these same reviews before I booked but booked anyway. Big mistak... read more

Stay was not enjoyed at the unit. Breakfast room under construction. So they had bags to hand out. The whole placed smelled bad. The 2nd floor had no A/C in the hall and it was dirty and smelled bad. I would not go back to that location. I wish they had let me know it was not up to standards. I would have gone somewhere else. Coffee was good.

Not again! The showers are very small, my sister kept hitting her arm on the emergency hand railing in the shower and our bathroom door would not stay open. I felt like a child. They handed out baggies with child-like breakfast items.
